By registering for CnC Operations Group, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our internal processes, and our data usage policies.
All services are provided exclusively under The Funnel Panda system.
The services listed in this agreement are the only services we provide. Any request outside what is explicitly listed is automatically outside our scope and not our obligation.
CnC Operations Group provides Credit Repair Back Office services only, strictly within The Funnel Panda platform.
You will receive:
A CRM sub-account under The Funnel Panda
A credit repair intake website
Credit-repair–specific landing pages only when required for back-office use
Backend fulfillment setup integrated with CDM
Standard credit repair automations

No additional services beyond what is listed above are included.
All websites, funnels, landing pages, and automations are built only inside The Funnel Panda.
We do not build, manage, support, connect, or troubleshoot:
Any platform or CRM outside The Funnel Panda
Custom-coded systems
E-commerce websites
Affiliate, partner, or referral programs
Courses, coaching programs, or digital products
Marketing funnels unrelated to credit repair fulfillment
AI-generated websites on other platforms
Social media systems, content scheduling, or posting systems
Sales funnels unrelated to credit repair intake
Advanced marketing automation systems
Landing pages are strictly limited to Credit Repair Back Office use, such as:
Client intake
Consultations
Onboarding
Fulfillment workflows
Basic funnels directly tied to credit repair intake are allowed.
Sales-focused or complex marketing funnels are not included.
All services are performed almost entirely within The Funnel Panda.
The only external tools we use or support in connection with this service are:
Zapier – for internal automation bridging
CDM – for credit dispute fulfillment
Slack – for official client communication
Fanbasis – for payment link usage only
No other platforms, CRMs, website builders, AI tools, or web applications are supported, accessed, edited, migrated, or maintained
Any request involving tools outside those listed above is outside our scope and not our obligation.
All automations provided by CnC Operations Group are strictly limited to:
The Funnel Panda automations
Zapier automations owned and managed by CnC Operations Group
We are not responsible or obligated to:
Build or support automations in other web apps
Maintain third-party tools, plugins, or scripts
Recreate workflows for other platforms
Support custom or external automation logic
Any automation or setup involving another web application is outside our scope and not our obligation.
CnC Operations Group does not provide graphic design services.
We do not:
Design logos
Create flyers
Design posters
Edit promotional graphics
Create social media graphics
Manage or post on social media
Create social media captions or content
We build credit repair funnels and back-office systems only.
Clients must provide all images, graphics, and visual assets they wish to use.
Requests related to branding, marketing creatives, or social media management are outside our scope.
Our service is provided solely for Credit Repair Back Office operations, primarily for:
Credit disputing
Client fulfillment
Customer service communication
The website and automations provided are secondary support tools and not the primary purpose of this service.
CnC Operations Group does not function as:
A marketing agency
A sales automation or revenue optimization provider
A full-service funnel, growth, or conversion agency
An AI website setup or AI-generated website management service
A general web development service for platforms outside The Funnel Panda
We do not set up, manage, edit, or migrate:
AI-generated websites built on other platforms
Websites, funnels, or automations created in external systems
Deep, advanced, or aggressive marketing automations
Sales pipelines, lead scoring, upsell/downsell logic, or revenue-based workflows
Basic funnels or landing pages are allowed only when directly related to credit repair intake or back-office support.
Sales-focused or complex marketing automations are strictly not included.
Please understand and respect the limits of the website and automations provided, as the sole purpose of this service is Credit Repair Back Office operations, specifically disputing and customer service.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete business information
Responding promptly to requests and feedback
Securing login credentials and maintaining account privacy
Using the system only for their registered credit repair business
All communication must take place exclusively inside the designated Slack support channel provided by CnC Operations Group.
To ensure proper tracking and support:
All requests, updates, questions, and feedback must be posted in the assigned Slack channel
Direct messaging (DMs) to team members or workers is not allowed
Private Messaging Exception
Private messages are only permitted when:
Sharing login credentials
Sharing access details
Handling sensitive information requiring privacy
Messages sent outside the approved channel may be delayed or ignored. CnC Operations Group is not responsible for missed or delayed requests sent via DMs or other platforms.
All websites, funnels, landing pages, automations, workflows, templates, layouts, and system configurations created under The Funnel Panda remain the intellectual property of CnC Operations Group.
Clients are granted a limited-use license only.
You may not:
Share, duplicate, or resell any system structure or templates
Allow another agency or developer to recreate the setup
Use the system as a template for another business
This applies whether hosted inside or outside The Funnel Panda.
If you cancel your subscription:
Access to The Funnel Panda sub-account is permanently removed
All automations, workflows, triggers, integrations, landing pages, and CDM connections are removed
System structures, funnels, workflows, automations, and templates are not transferable or exportable
Clients may export client data only, including:
Contacts
Notes
Intake submissions
Creation of system snapshots, cloning, or attempts to recreate the backend system is strictly prohibited.
Support tickets answered within 48 business hours
Standard setup time: 5–7 business days
Timeline depends on client responsiveness and revisions
No rush or same-day setups
Credit repair fulfillment begins only after website approval
After the website and back-office setup is delivered or approved:
Additional pages or content changes are allowed only if they directly support Credit Repair Back Office operations, including intake, disputing, fulfillment, or customer service.
Minor adjustments related to credit repair workflows may be approved at our discretion.
Landing pages for special occasions (such as Black Friday, holidays, or year-end promotions) may be provided only when they remain aligned with credit repair services and back-office intake purposes.
Any request that involves advanced marketing systems, sales funnels, or complex automations is outside the scope of this service and is not included.
The following are not included and not supported:
Marketing or sales campaigns
Lead generation systems unrelated to intake or fulfillment
Advanced, complex, or multi-platform automations
Custom automation logic beyond standard credit repair workflows
Design or editing of posters, graphics, banners, or promotional visuals
Clients must provide all graphics, images, posters, and visual assets they wish to use. CnC Operations Group does not create, design, or edit graphic materials.
Any request that falls outside the sole purpose of Credit Repair Back Office support may be declined or quoted separately.
Please note: The website and automations are supporting tools, not the core service. The primary function of CnC Operations Group is credit repair disputing and customer service operations, not marketing or automation expansion.

Payment processor setup (e.g., Stripe) is the client’s responsibility. We provide guidance only and do not manage or connect payment accounts.
