Is client data safe?

Yes. All sensitive data is securely encrypted and never shared.

Who works on the disputes?

Our backend fulfillment agents, trained in Dispute Fox, will use the client information submitted via your intake form to initiate and manage dispute letters.

How long does it take to set up everything?

After you submit your registration and assets, your entire backend system is typically ready within 3–5 business days.

What if I need help later on?

You can submit a ticket anytime using our Support tab or simply message us on Slack.

Will I be able to access the CRM and make changes?

Yes. You will be given full access to your CRM sub-account and can edit workflows, automations, and more.

Can I connect my own Stripe account for payments?

Yes, we provide a video tutorial to help you connect Stripe. However, we do not do the payment integration for you.
